I-485 Pending at National Benefits Center

My I-485 is pending at National Benefits Center. Receipt date is Nov 3rd 2020. USCIS case processing time is showing as 4.5 months to 10.5 months. Did anyone who got the same location as National Benefits Center receive any update like Biometrics or EAD. Could you please respond please? It is really frustrating not able to know when we will get an update. We cannot travel outside the country nor switch a job. Please please provide some insight or share your case updates.

You can check forums, but people have been getting biometrics. Expect something on that front fairly soon or call and ask them about it...
