Okay! I understand . I though I was suppose t get an updated every time when they mail things just because I see so many people get updated when RFE is sent their way or something , but that makes me feel better knowing that its not just my account not updating. Thank you very much!Originally posted by Enub4 View Post

All,
A good news on my front. My I-485 AOS approved today. Couldn't be happier.. However, there is a slight setback. I recently moved to a new rental home, and I submitted form AR-11 on August 27 to update the address. I checked with EMMA today and the live agent told me that the new address is not on file. I am not sure what I can do to avoid the card being returned back to USCIS. I already have mail forwarding service from USPS. But read at different forums including here that USPS doesn't forward USCIS mails. Any thoughts and suggestions.

So when I went for my biometrics turn out my name was wrong on the notice. (they switched middle and last). I had no idea and though thats the way they do it but the lady point it out and let me talk to an officer on the spot who was bale to change my name. Now my online account says name was updated. So may be go to your local office where you didi bio and see if an officer can change the address on the spot?Originally posted by vpratap397 View PostAll,

Congratulation. I’m in the same boat. I changed my home address using AR-11 twice but still no update on the change of address. Did your interview waive off and also when did you get i485j, so I can estimate my timeline.Originally posted by vpratap397 View PostAll,

Yes, my interview was waived off. I don't know about I-485J likely due to the self-petition in EB1A category. The green card was just approved after the biometrics, which was a pleasant surprise for me.Originally posted by sujith.josephssj View Post

Hi All,
I received my green card today. I am super happy and super relieved. I think I have been very lucky to be done with the whole process in around 1.5 years.
As I told in my previous posts that I moved recently, so, the process of green card delivery was not easy. A few people at post offices helped me to get it today. I'll write a post on learnings from this process of getting your documents if you moved recently.Employment based AOS

Congrats. For my information, can you please let me know which category you filed your case, where was your case processed and when your I140 was approved? It will be really useful.Originally posted by vpratap397 View PostHi All,

Thank you. I filed in EB1A category in March 2021, but I had a priority date of April 24, 2020 from my previous EB2-NIW petition. I filed from Maryland, so, my I-140 went to Texas service center. My EB1A, I-140 was approved close to March 15th, 2021 in premium processing. And submitted my medicals along with I-485. Didn't receive RFE/EAD/AP/interview. It was a direct approval after biometrics.Originally posted by shiva_82 View Post

I submitted April 19th and had my biometrics appt date through the post earlier this week for the 27th Sept. I’m also marriage based. The good news is my wife knows someone in ICE and they said the interview will likely be about 2 months after biometrics are done.Originally posted by Cabo View PostMarriage based.
am still waiting for biometric..
have anyone gotten any update. This wait time is really long????
I would try asking Emma online and chat to an agent to see if they have been scheduled and the letter got lost in the post.
