My Timelines:

7/21/21 - Package sent (Filed I130, I485, I131 at the sametime)
07/29/21 : Received text messages for applications received and cheque cashed
8/03/21 - Received NOAs in mail (Receipt IOE, Processing at NBC)
No further updates since August.

Is there anyone in the same boat?

Glad to see lot of folks have already received biometrics and even some have received interview invitations. Hoping to have our next updates sooner.

We are on a very similar timeline. I had my biometrics on 10/25. Let me know if you see any case status change on your end. So far, nothing on my end.

My biometrics were on 09/30 and the case status is “Uscis is actively reviewing my case”.

Hi Dori, just checking...did you receive your EAD? My USCIS status just says "fingerprints applied". So I'm assuming that the fact that your's changed to "actively reviewing the case" is a positive sign. Would be great if you can share your timelines. Thx!

It hasn’t changed, still the same. So the fact that mine says that they are actively reviewing my case doesn’t make a difference. As soon as it changes I will let you know.

I had my interview 11/22 and USCIS website status changed to approved the next day. I got the I-485 approval notice in the mail yesterday. Does anyone know if there will be an I-130 approval notice being mailed too?
I have a feeling that if there is an I-130 approval notice it could have lost in the mail because we have USPS scan the incoming mail everyday and I saw there is another mail from USCIS that was scanned in earlier than my I-485 notice and never got delivered.

Hi everyone,

Want to share some positive news with everyone. Looks like my I-485 has been approved and they have mailed it to us (should be getting in the next few days). Here's my timeline:

EB2 Application submitted on 8/10
Receipt notices received on 8/22
Got Biometrics letter on 10/9
Biometrics done for 10/25
I-485 approved on 11/20
GC mailed on 11/24

I was very presently surprised by 2 things: 1) How quickly things moved post biometrics; 2) The fact that they straight away approved the I-485 without doing the EAD/AP approval.
This is a very positive sign that things are moving very quickly & I hope everyone here gets their GC's soon too!
