April-2021 filed I-130 online, I-130 approved in June-2021
7/06/2021 - package sent out via Fedex to Chicago Lock Box.
07/08/2021 - package delivered and signed by Harper.
07/25/21 Submitted medical I 693 separately
9/25/21 Biometric Appointment done
01/05/22 Second Biometric Appointment done because first one was not good enough
On USCIS website it says Case is being actively reviewed
No updates since January 2022

I am considering going to my local congressman to expedite Advance Parole for my mother. Can anyone share any experience working with congressmen?

Seems like case is gaining some traction…RFE for medical showed up today. Setting up Medical appointment now.

Congressman is very helpful if you have a genuine reason to expedite your case. They typically ask you to complete a form which has details about your case, reasons for your expedite request and to upload supporting documents for evidence. They will review your case and reach out to USCIS.

how is everyone holding up for july 2021 filers?

we submitted our medical i693 to Memphis field office last week.

12/13 mailed i693 to Memphis FO

12/14 USPS showed package delivered

12/15 USCIS account showed i693 medical received


praying for a quick approval

AOS 485 approved on 12/31/2022. Now we wait for card to be delivered via US Mail.
