what to do if Forms already submitted but a name change is done afterwards
so basically all forms have been submitted already (i485,i765,i130 etc). If the petitioner changes their name what should be done afterwards? should a new form be sent in stating the change or what exactly?

Why changing name when you know you just papers with immigration? I honestly don't know the solution to that question. If it were a typo, then you could have corrected it. Yeah, I am not sure either and would like to know. I am holding on changing my name just because I do not want complications. Keep in mind that any changes could slow done the process time of your case.Comment
