Priority Date Current in both EB2 and EB3 Categories

I applied for Downgrading I-140 Petition From EB-2 To EB-3 last year along with I-485, I-765 etc last year (Oct 2020) and my priority dat is Aug 2011. I got the approval for I-140 in EB3 in July

Per latest visa bulletin my priority date is now current in both EB2 and EB3. Is the any thing I need to do on my end to to tell what what category USCIS should use for adjudicating my case or is it up to USCIS discretion.
