Approved i-360 vawa and pending i-485

Hello,

I am going to India on advance parole and my i-485 application is going on. if suppose by the time I come back, if my i-360 is approved, Can I come back to USA on advance parole ?

How much time now it will take to get green card after my i-360 vawa case is approved.

If you have Advance Parole granted before you leave the US, you can come back on that Advance Parole, and your I-485 will not be abandoned.

Answer: It depend upon service center processing time. But, normally it will take 10 to 20 months.
