July 12 - NOA1 in mail for I-130 Nebraska Service Center
September 14 - Emma chat with live agent I-130 at Texas Service Center
September 30 - sent I-485 & I-765 to Chicago lockbox
October 1 - received and signed at lockbox
October 3 - husband received texts
October 6 - NOA1s arrived in mail
October 11 - access codes arrived in mail
November 6 - biometrics appointment notification on USCIS account for November 29
November 9 - RFIE notification of I-130 on husband’s USCIS account
November 19 - Response to RFIE online
November 19 - USCIS confirms RFIE received
November 19 - I-130 is in “actively reviewing your case” status
November 29 - biometric appointment
November 29 - both I-1485 & I-765 are in “actively reviewing” status
April 4 - I-765 card is being produced

Nice! I received my EAD card April 2 but no SSN yet. I wonder what’s taking so long for my SSN to be released.

SSN applied with 765 might sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks. Just forget about it and you will soon find it in your post. Cheers.

No movement on my end since receiving my EAD and SSN in April 2022. Hoping quietly for an approval after our 2nd wedding anniversary to bypass the ROC (removal of conditions) process.

Thanks!! We did not include the medical. We plan on getting it done this week and bringing it to the interview. We called USCIS and they said it would take longer if we mailed it separately.

Good luck with yours! We got the EAD / AP combo card last week for an interview scheduled next week...

Another update here. Had our interview today. Went pretty well. IO was very friendly. She said will review our medical (brought with us today) and we should receive a decision within the next couple of weeks. I've read online that some people saw their case status updating the night of or the next day. Is that still the case?
