If I change my address does it change my processing center? I got a home in houston where if filed, but now I'm in vegas. Wondering if it matters?

If your case needs an interview then it will change from one local center in/near Houston to one in/near Las Vegas. Changing address may delay your case but we are required to report any address change within 10 days when we are in AOS and even when we get the GC.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
