My dependents (wife and kids) have recieved notices for I-485 interview but I (the primary applicant) have not yet recieved a letter. I am very worried. The letter might be on its way but it has been more than a week now. The interview is scheduled for the following week. Will my family (dependents) be interviewed without me or does it mean that I may not be interviewed. I have never heard of such thing. Any ideas?

I would suggest you to call the USCIS phone number asap and ask them. If their answer does not satisfy you, ask them to speak to the secondary customer service.Originally posted by Jan22 View PostYes, I am in the US. We applied for I-485 based on approved I-360.
Best time to call is 8:00am east coast time.
good luck

Thanks. I did call the USCIS service center but go no info. I will try to speak to seconday service as well.
Does this happen that only dependents would be interviewed? I have never heard of such thing. I have made an infopass appointment as well but it was scheduled for only one day ahead of the interview.

They will not let you speak to secondary customer service that easy, you got to be persistent!Originally posted by Jan22 View PostThanks. I did call the USCIS service center but go no info. I will try to speak to seconday service as well.
