Hi,
Both me and my wife have pending I-485 applications. This is EB2 category application applied by my company. Both of us have received advanced parole. My wife recently got a job offer in Germany which she is planning to accept. Her company will apply for the Germany work visa for her but I don't plan to leave my job before getting the green card so I will be staying in the US for the time being.
Would applying for Germany work visa interfere with her I-485 application/green card process in any way?
Can she re-enter US on advanced parole after moving to Germany on the employment visa?
