Hi, I arrived on a B1/B2 toursit visa and met my boyfriend here who's a LPR. We plan to get married. we understand the 90 day rule and will abide by it.
1. My question is whether it is still safer to marry as late as possible (to reduce suspicion) that is in the 5th month of my arrival (one month before my tourist visa expires). Or marrying in the 4th month is still okay. (Giving ample time to get the I 485 notification)
2. What supporting evidence of our dating period is required to send along with the I-130 and I-485 forms?
Any help would be highly appreciated ????
