I am American and I am living in Ireland with my Irish husband. We got our approval for our immigrant visa petition a few weeks ago and now we are trying to decide if we need a joint sponsor.
When we move over to the US, I likely won’t have a job as we are planning to travel before we go. Since I won’t have an income, this means I will need a joint sponsor, right?
