We (I as a primary and my wife as a dependent) have a pending employment based AOS case (current PD). Yesterday, we got RFE from USCIS for my wife's AOS case stating 'You submitted the Register of Marriage Under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Along with the registration, you also must submit your marriage certificate.;
My wife and I got married in India 9 years ago, and our proof of marriage, that we submitted with our AOS application, looks like as I pasted below (image taken from US Green Card Marriage Certificate (Indian Proofs) - USA (********.com)). From what I can tell, this is the 'marriage certificate' as it is issued by Registrar of Marriage, Delhi which is the issuing agency in this case.
How do I get a 'marriage certificate' that USCIS is asking?
