I am a US citizen and used to file 485 to apply mom's green card. Due to pandemic restriction, My mom can not enter US for immigration interview and eventually got denial for her 485 application and closed out the file of i130.
She is here again lately to visit the family. We were thinking about to extend her B1B2, due to the cost and processing time, we want to file i485 again this time to apply her green card. Is there any conern if i file 485 again since she has a history of denial?
