HI All,
I am having approved family based immigration petition I-130 (Unmarried over 21) and visa number is also available to me. I recently entered into US on H1 visa. I want to apply without a lawyer assistance,Kindly please guide me:
1)What documents should i need to apply for AOS?
2)What documents should i need from my employer to apply for AOS (I don't let him know abt this)?
3)Once i apply for AOS, can i marry before my AOS is adjudicated and approved, bcz my I-130 petition was unmarried over 21?
