Hi, I am collecting docs for the interview scheduled a week from today. I have a collection agency letter and bill for my husband's (us citizen) unpaid cell phone bill. He has used that number before we got married. Do you think it could be one of the evidences, or I better leave it home. Cause I am trying to collect as much docs as possible. Thanks.

For your AOS interview you will need proof of bonafide marriage such as joint accounts,(bank) mortgage or rental in both names. photos pf wedding, insurance plans car registration, utility bills in both names. Things like that to prove that you are co habitating and sharing a life together.
