I-130;I-485 simultaneously for parents

Hi Guys

I am looking to file for green card for my parents who just came to the US on a tourist visa a month back. My questions are -

1. What is the risk to doing this given that they have only been in the US for a month?
2. Can I-130 and I-485 be filed together?
3. Additional docs needed are G-325a, I-131, I-134, I-693 and I-864?
4. Should the medical test be done and included in this packet?

are you a USC? Plus it looks very suspicious that they have been her a month on a tourist visa and now want to stay. Don't like your chances

Yes, I am a USC. My parents will be here for 6 months only (as per the limit for tourist visa) so was trying to get their papers while they are here. Is applying too soon a very critical factor in getting GC approved?

Hi..I am a USC and I am filing for both my parents as well.. they came on a 6 month B2 visa and have 6 weeks left on their i-94 and i am about to mail the package.. hopefully i'll be ok..

File form I-130 and I-485. There should not be any problem.
