Hi experts,
my eb2 is current based on June visa bulletin, my PD is Aug 11 2006 and service center is NSC. i485/140 filed concurrently in july 2007.
on the uscis website,
processing time for EB applications::
NSC shows '4 months'
& TSC shows a date of 'September 6, 2010'
does this mean that my 485 approval will take 3 to 4 months.
also per other websites, majority of june bulletin 485 approvals are from TSC.. is NSC slow...
when can I expect my 485 approval, please reply.
