AOS after overstaying visitor visa, employee sponsorship
Hoping you guys can provide some help on this topic.
Situation is, Entered the country legally with a visitor visa and overstayed my welcome.
I started working off the books, but my employer can sponsor me.
The question is what application do i need to file to be able to adjust my status in the US without having to leave the country and face the 10 year ban?
Not even sure if thats a valid option any more.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Different immgration lawyers are saying different things to me and it might just be a language barrier.

WTH? You did not come here on a work visa so I don;t know how your employer can sponsor you to get a GC? Hope someone else can help you but don"t like your chances unless you marry a USC and I don"t recommend that either.
