Interview but no decision made

Did you have any hisyory diseases, crimes, or anything that would raise a red flag?

Hey there,

Just reading your posts and I'm sorry for what you're going thru and I trully hope it will have a green outcome as in Green card.
Did you have anything that could raise a red flag and make them do some further digging ? Anything you can think ? How did you medical exam go?

Worried about mycase

It has been a year already since i filed my case in May 2011, went 2 times for the interview and got home to wait for their response. I did make infopass appointment to ask for my case in Dec 2011 and call Service Center for my case request but I got Nothing from INS. My wife and me are no longer live together cuz she is... but we havent file a divorce yet. I did change my address and file income tax by myself. I just make another infopass to go to local office in Dallas to get more information about my case but hopeless in my mind. Cuz my EAD will expored in July, could i be able to renew it?

My friend don't loose hope. I have the same story like you. I filled in May 2011, went two times infopass, and one time SR about to fruitfull results.
Just keep waiting, but keep relationship with your wife (feed her) untill you get the decission. If you don't get answer upto two years you will get 10 years card. Keep hope upto 2 years. I am doint same thing.
My EAD is going to expire in mid july and I will file renewal within two weeks, atleast you get EAD to work and live. So do it now.

I talk to my attorney (I have more info then thest money making machines) about the wife and husband situation and he said only one option is withdraw the case. (you loos attorney fees, immi fee, marriage expenses, expenses with wife, house etc).

So please don't do it, cope with your wife untill any result come.

Thanks for your concerning. We are same boat even we really don't want to. Like u said, u still get nothing from them. Do you think we need to pay anything for renew EAD?. I will never withdraw my case. Keep waiting and see. Hope a miracle will come to us.

Yes, good decission. Don't withdraw the case. Yes you have to pay $380 to renew your EAD.
But think about the outcome when you renew your EAD, you can earn more than what you pay for fee and main thing it shows you are legall and legal to work.

Don't change your address at USCIS, keep the same address where you use to live. Better you do all your bills to estatements, and pay online. In future if you need proof you can print and show them.
Let all your iteams, dresses keep there. (atleast some of them) if she is cooperating.

thanks in advance every one who are helping each other on this helpfull page.
i really need ur help now .i just went to my interview on 03/may/12 with my us citizen husband.
i filed in jan/12 .got my work permit in 2 months. officer was looking hard man on interview.he called both of us togather in his office. after our oath he told my husband to go out and started asking me a lot of questions that i was not expecting.but i answered his all questions. it took minimum 45 min. after that he start my husban's interviw seperat.he asked him almost same qust. for 30 min but in this he forced him to accept that our marriage is ****.and he shown him some news papers with showing he coaught the fraud cases.and he asked him "i am giving u a last chance to accept that u married for money other vise all going to bad for him and tell me how much money u are getting for doing this.".but my husband said he loves his wife and marriage is real.then he called me in and told me to get seat.and took my all papers and go out for copy those papers and came back and start asking me about simple questions again like my date of birth ,his dob,names,parents name few more, all y/n questions,took my i94,tex returne,lease agriment, and gave me an envolep and told me that he is not satesfy ,ur some of answers are not matched,i ll do investigate,i need more evidence. i asked him if he want to see our pics,bills etc.he said no he want more affidavits from the people we met daily,and he told that he is not denying our case and giving us 30 days to send affidavits.
we are very stressed about this ,plzzzz help us what ll happen

Can you explain more about your situation like what visa you were on , how long you have been married etc...this may give some more visibility to the members here to comment on ...

i came on b2 visa .and i have 10 year visa.this is my 2nd time i came in us in 2011.my legle stay was for 6 months,we are living togather from last 13 months ,after my i94 expired in 7th month we got married.in dec/2011 ,we applied in jan/12

Your case is not even that bad as u think it is. It was not denied but an rfe was issued to bring affidavits. Have like 4 people write these affidavit and have them notarized. It would be approved as soon as they receive it. In my own case I went to the interview with affidavits just in case. Please prepare ur affidavit properly and convincingly and use clear language. Get 3 or 4 if you could. Goodluck

today we send them 6 affidavits ,notarized with photo id copy of each included with personal latter,
with good hope.
do u know was it stoke interview? it was our first interview (normal interview latter),then why they did all that to us and how long they ll take to approve the case after they receive our response.

I haven't get any decision from INS so far. Took 2 info pass and they told me I should get decision by mail in June but...
