I need help to adjust my status

Hi! Good day everyone! anyway, i just wanna inquire if someone here can help me. Im here in the US under K1 visa with my son (K2). I just married my fiance this morning and I just want to know What are the procedure to file for Adjustment of the status and what are the requirements and how much is the fees? the fee is $1490. U will need to file these forms
I- 485- adjustment of status
I-130- petion for alien relative
I-765- employment authorisation
I-131- advance parole if u need to travel out,

PERSONAL ADVICE FOR YOU. GET A GOOD IMMIGRATION LAWYER .THE FORMS AND PROCEESS ARE TOO MUCH.GO TO USCIS WEBSITE TO HAVE AN IDEA OF THE PROCESS. BEST OF LUCK

You do not need a lawyer as previously posted as long as your case is straight forward.
You will find all you need on here and USCIS site
The fee for you is $1070 and $635 for your child .
SO therefore your fee is $1705 plus you will need to apply for I-765 if you wish to work and I-131 Advance parole if you need to leave the US before you get GC, These 2 applications the fees are waived and included in your $1070.
Your USC also needs to fill out a I-864 affidavit of support.
All the information you need is here and on USCIS I recommend you download and read well.
If you get stuck then feel free to ask.

Notice of rejection filling I - 485

Hello! Im here again to share my journey to you guys. Im here again seeking for answer and help. I filed my I-485 (including I-765 / I- 131 and also for my son K-2 application for I-485) last nov 15, 2011. Now i just received a packet form USCIS and it says my application is rejected. I just wanna know what happened to my application. I followed the instructions carefully and i submitted all the forms and requirements that their been asking me to submit. Im now depressed because my I-94 will be expire soon. (December 30, 2011) I married my husband after 2 weeks when i arrived in the USA. The USCIS returned all the papers that i mailed to them. When i opened the packet i got this letter attached on my forms.

Notice Type: Rejection Notice
Case Type: I-485, Application to register permanent residence or adjust status.

Letter Message: This is in reference to the I- 485 Application to register permanent residence or adjust status, you submitted. Your I-485 fees and any supporting documentation is being returned to you for the following reason(s).

The check amount is incorrect, or has not beed provided. Please review the Form Instructions for the fee information. Please resubmit the application/petition package with the appropriate fees to the USCIS address listed on the bottom of this documentation.

I followed the instruction carefully and also the fees. It says when i file for I-485 the fee for I-765 and I-131 is waive and for my son I-485 is only 635$. My husband issued check amounting to 1,705 $ .

Im scared because my I-94 will be expire soon and im thinking maybe the US immigration will sent me back in the philippines. I have 7 month old baby and he's a US citizen already. We cant afford to hire a lawyer coz we dont have enough money for the lawyer. Im getting depressed coz i cant help my husband financially coz i cant work right now. Ever since I said yes to my husband when he proposed to marry me IMMIHELP help me alot with my decision and journey to US. Now im asking maybe some here can help me to my problem. I need advice and help. What can i do now? What are the step for filling the I - 485 and what are forms included to my application? I hoping for the best ! Thanks and God bless everyone.
