Birth-Cer.has Father name written with different spelling

Hi All,
My PD is current with EB2 category. I have my birth-certificate issued in Indian city. I think it is common in gujarat and many other states to have "bhai", "kumar" or "lal" written at the end of names. I have same issue.

In my passport, my father name is written as Rameshbhai. But in my birth-certificate my father's name is written as Rameshkumar. Will I need to get my birth-certificate re-issued with father name as Rameshbhai or is this ok?

Did anybody else have similar issue in past? Experts please advice.

Get an affidavit that both are the same persons.
