When filling the form I-765 -16th item - we need to fill the eligibility category and the form is showing
8CFR 274a 12...... ? My 1-140 is filed under 8 CFR §204.5(k)(4)(ii) - NIW category. So what do i need to fill in this 16th item? just as a(19) as non-immigrant or something else? I am an indian with H1B visa.

When they ask you fill the non-immigrant visa number - where do you find it? I have a control number on my visa. Is this the same as visa number????
