Hello,
I am a IT consultant working in NJ for past 6 years. Recently my spouse started a training in a different state(MD). We have taken an apartment in MD and I work from home for 2 days in a week and drive to NJ for the remaining 3 days. I am staying as a paying guest in NJ. I still have all my address of communication in NJ. Now we are eligible for 485 filing. Should I change my address of communication to MD since I have an apartment there. or should I have an address in the state I am working. Please advise
