Priority Date had passed

Guys,

I have a change of status case via employment under EB3. my labor was certified Jan 13th 2006. According to the Visa Bulletin, they are now processing Feb 22 2006 for EB3s (I am from South America). I went to speak with an immigration officer at their local branch but the information I was given was less than vage. The person just told me to keep waiting. Is there any step I can take?
