What next?

I have some basic questions about the process.

My case -

I used labor substitution and concurrently filed I-140/I-1485. I got notice for fingerprinting and now the status says "We have received results and processing has resumed".

I do not have receipt no. for I-140, can I assume that it has already been approved?
Is name check separate from fingerprint process?
If I move from NY to MI would it have any adverse effect on processing?
