PD current in Jan 2012: Sending application on Feb 1st

    PD current in Jan 2012: Sending application on Feb 1st

    Hi Folks!

    My priority date became current in Jan 2012. My attorney is sending the application package tomorrow by overnight FedEx.

    So it will get there on Feb 1st at 8 AM.

    Would that be OK? I am so stressed about this. Can you please let me know if that's going to be fine? I'd truly appreciate your responses.

      What is the reason to be stressed out? It isn't clear from your post if your PD is current for Jan or for Feb. Assuming it is for Feb, you are fine.

        The newsletter that is published in January is applicable to February. So it must be filed in February, there is nothing wrong there.
