I apply for adjust status,and we sent the form I-864 Affidavit of Support.Since my husband income in 2010 was very low he din't qualifive to sponsor me(he is the petitioner)then a friend of mine she sponsor me,we send the form complet and all the document such as w2 ,income for the las 3 years,cecks.Now I recive a letter from uscis where it says that :Form I -864 affidavit of support was submitted :however ,it was not from the petitioner/sponsor.Plesea submit a complet and signen form I 864for the petinioner/sponsor listed on Form I 130 or Form I-129F.Even if a jont sponsor will be used,the petitioner/sponsor must submit FormI 864(the form I 134 is no longer acceptable to use for adjustment of status.
The joint sponsor on form I 864,affidavit of suport must submit all supporting tax documentation.
Now,my questions is how to fiil the form I 864?di I have to redo it again,and check the box with two sponsor?or I have to do one just for my husband,and check the box joint sponsor?do I have to send my friend(sponsor) again all the tax income and and w-2,?they allredy have that in the fiile.I am very confuse and the uscis they did not give me any information,they send me to the imifration attorney.Thank-you very much!
