I am currently on H1 and my employer is filing for 485 in a day or so . I am married , spouse on H4 .
The marriage is on the rocks . We have tried a lot already
Now that my employer is already filing for my 485 , can i parallely start my divorce case ? How does that affect my application approval ?
I want to make sure that my permanent residency application is not affected come what may .
I would also request if some one could share some resources on good divorce lawyers who can handle immigration cases .
