My Priority Date is April 2006 EB3. I am working on EAD right now. I am the primary applicant.
Right now, my spouse company want to file the Green card in EB2. When they apply for I485, what happens to my case? Do I have to cancel my Green card processing/EAD or is it possible to use my PD April 2006 to apply for I 485 after my spouse I 140 approved?
Any help is really appreciated.
