I 485 and Univ like Tri valley,ITU,UNVA

Dear all:

I am the primary applicant for I 485 and will be filing it soon when my priority date becomes current and will be adding my spouse’s application to mine

My spouse has come to US on H4 ,applied for COS from H4 to F1(International Technological University) and started to work on CPT (I have counted the days from the Date of F1 approval to Date of H1b approval which is < 180 days. )from the 1st semester, after the news about TVU broke out she has immediately applied for COS from F1 to H1B and has been on H1B since then .. I would like to know if this would impact our Green Card Application? she never travelled out of US since her arrival

I am also in the same boat and looking to apply to ITU to go from H4 to F1. We are also waiting for my spouse's date to become current.

Did you have any problems with the I-485 application at all?
