HELLO.....my husband is a us citizen, and is aplying for a green card for me , can some help me i would like to know i have a visitor visia do he still have to fill out an I-130 form with the I-485 form ? thank you for the help.

Yes he will need to file I-130. It is the I-130 that is supposed to qualify you for AOS. Forms your need to file: I-130, I-485, You need an affidavit of support(I-864), I-765 for employment authorization, G-325A and make sure u do your immigration medical. Search for USCIS approved Civil Surgeon around your city. Send all the document you have to support your case. Good luck

@Helen, yes you both need to fill out the biographic information on the G-325a. So in short, one for him and one for you. Make sure the information is accurate and the date of birth of both parents. You might be tested on those during your interview. For example, When is the name of your spouse father or mother? The applicant needs to know his/her parents dates of birth.
