Not sure where I should be posting this question so hopefully someone can help me here! My husband and I were married on June 11, 2010, after proceeding with the K-1 Visa process. My husband, who is from England, became a permanent resident of the United States in December 2010, along with receiving his employment verification. As our 2 year wedding anniversary approaches, my husband thought he and I would have to submit documentation to Immigration showing that we are still happily married, purchased our home, he is employed in the United States, etc.
Does anyone have a link or information that if we are supposed to file something with Immigration, showing that we are still married and are in good standing?
