Well, I just got married with an American citizen, and we already downloaded all the forms that I need to fill out, but I am having some problems to fill this out, specially with the I-485 in the Part 2.Application type, I don't know what one to check, and I also have a son in Brazil, he is 19 completed in this March 26, and I don't know if I apply for him or no...and other doubt that I have is on form I-765, about the current immigration status, I am illegal, but married to an American citizen, please help me...I just want to fill out right so we don't have problem...

Did you come to the US legally and do you have documents to prove it? If you came here illegaly then I don't think you will be able to get a green card.
