I need your inputs. I got my EAD & AP. I-485 is pending approval from last 7 months. 140 is approved. So technically, I am eligible to change employer using AC21.
1. So If I change employer, should I be using my EAD or H1 transfer ?
2. Will my new employer has to apply or re-apply anything again like 140 or 485 ? (I guess no need ).
3. In case of I join with EAD at new employer, after 1 yr of EAD tenure, the extension of EAD needs to be done from my side or my new employer or past employer side ? Is there anything my past employer needs to maintain ?
