  • Question on I-90: "If you entered the U.S. with an Immigrant Visa...."

My green card is expiring in July of this year, and I want to renew it. So I'm filling out I-90 online.
I want to be sure I understand this question that appears on the page after "Mother's First Name", "Father's First Name", and "City of Residence where you applied for an Immigration Visa or Adjustment of Status".

    It asks:

If you entered the U.S. with an Immigrant Visa, also complete the following:
Destination in U.S. at time of Admission:
Port of Entry where admitted to U.S.:

Now, the last time I entered the U.S. was a few months ago, hence I already had a green card, and did not enter with an Immigrant Visa, so under this interpretation, that section does not apply to me.

On the other hand, when I first entered the country (18 years ago), I entered with a student visa. And between the first and the last time, I entered many times, with different visas over the years, and then always with my green card.

    So which interpretation is correct:
    - If you entered the U.S. last time
    or
    - If you entered the U.S. the first time

    Thanks!
