Hi,

My husband successfully completed CP in July .Both of us got stamps on our passports (not plastic cards).

He(my husband) is the primary beneficiary.

I want to work as a self-employed independent contractor.

So..my question is :=
Is it alright with immigration authorities
for me to work as a self-employed independent contractor, and file an IRS 1099 quarterly self employment tax form?

Sure. There are no restrictions on what or for whom you work. It is perfectly legal to operate a business while a PR.
