Hi, Friends

I need some advice on this,

I am going to apply for USA citizenship soon, i have my parents and brother in india my brother is under 21 but i read articles that siblings cannot be applied on with mother and father and they have to be applied on F4 category. So by reading those articles i understood that i cannot apply I-130 for my brother with my mother father and it will take 10 years long process. Is there any other way to bring my brother as dependent to my father mother along with them when i apply for them ?

Also futher to add, my mother , father and brother has green card but they didn't come back to stay in united states and it expires in 2016 and they been out of USA for more then 5 years so they cannot enter on that green card but they still posses it and it's not expired.

What should i do in this scenario ?

Should i along with my brother fly to Canada as he also has green card and then enter usa via road.
My brother's green card expire in 2016 and as he cannot enter usa because he stayed out of usa for more than 5 years but he can enter canada as he has green card in possession.

If they have been out of US for so long, they no longer have valid green card.

You can't bring your sibling along with your parents. There is no other way than to wait 10-12 years, unless they can come to US by other means such as on student visa, H1 visa etc.
