Undelivered Green Card

Hi,

I was wondering if someone might have some insight to my wife's situation. About 2 months ago we passed our final interview and my wife was being issued her Green Card, however, it was never delivered. After many phone calls and digging around we discovered that it wasn't delivered b/c my wife's name was not on the door? or mailbox? has anyone else had this happen to them?

Did you contact usps and have them lodge an enquiry ? Your name doesn't HAVE to be on the front door (my name is inside my mailbox) , as long as your wife has your current address with usps. Did you move during the process? If you did, did you change your address with usps?
