Hi.... i have lil question , i m LPR married to a canadian citizen .

i would like to know if baby born outside of Us but moom hold LPR ststus .how can new born baby travel to usa or how new born baby get Gc .. ??
Can baby travel on canadian passport with out filing paper work. OR i have to file i130 and wait untill ....

He will need his own canadian passport. When you come into the US with the baby for the first time, the CBP officer will stamp his passport w/ "applied for I-551". Then you will need to apply for AOS for the baby - just fill and send the paperwork.

thanks for quick reply . i hve one lil q if i am nt away more than 6 months , but just stay couple of days in us . but make 4 or 5 trips in a year back and forth .
it could b a problem for residency issues.
