Hello every body

Me and my wife did our cp at chennai on dec 18th.I returned to usa on jan 11th.my wife is returning on march 8th.does she need any more documents than the
packet given at the embassy.

Mine diddn't need anything. They never asked her any questions at all - just stamped her passport and sent her on her way. That was at LAX.

However take a photocopy of your passport details page and the page with the stamp in it. If you have the plastic card take a photocopy of that. Either way make sure your A number is clearly visible along with your other details.

Mail the photocopy to your wife. Since her visa is only valid if accompanying or following you she may need to show that you are in the country already.

If they ask her she can show them the photocopy with your A Number and other details to indicate that she is joining you and you are here.
