recently completed my cp and got my plastic card.I am a physician and am considering joining a fellowship program. will I still be required to stay atleast 180 days with my current employer as I will actually be going back to training.if i continue for 6 months then I will not be able to start the program this year.

has anybody done this or know anybody who has done this.

You must show you had intent to stay with your sponsor indefinitely at time of interview.

If you go back to school, INS may be able to show you had this intention all along and therefore revoke your PR, even years after the fact.
