I entered through LA on 21st this month. How long is it taking to get the card ?

It Varies.

I entered at LA on 11-Sep-2001. Got Card 14-Dec-2001.

Wife entered 08-Dec-2001. Got Card 29-Dec-2001.

Me: 3 Months, 3days.

Wife: 21 Days

Nowadays its very fast at all POE. I wouldn't be surprised if you get your card in couple of weeks.
