About the Divorce. Can you help me 3 question below.

Me and My wife both are Indian Citizen and we are marriage in Indian on 2008 In Indian Hindu Marriage act and we were resisted in Indian court too...right now we are living in "Australia" more than 5 year and now we are decided to getting divorce and we will file divorce in Australia........so now my Question is

1 IF i got divorce in Australia so it is valid in India or not for remarriage in India?

2 IF i got divorce in Australia so it is valid in USA or not for remarriage in the USA?

3 Mean while i applied USA Visitor Visa from the Australia and I got the USA Visitor Visa and i all ready been there one time and IF i will marriage in the USA a USA citizen person so if their any problem to getting the Permanent Resident file because i have divorced in Australia not in India.

Can you give me good advise on this Three Question.

1. Only someone more familiar with Indian divorce and remarriage requirements can answer this question.
2. An Australian divorce is valid in the U.S.
3. US Immigration reviewers are only concerned that there has been a legal termination of your prior marriage before recognizing a U.S. marriage.
