Surprise : Plastic Card

Hi Friends ,
It was a very pleasant surprise for me when i received my Plastic Permanent card within 27 days of my date of port of Entry. Also the POE was San Francisco. It's a great Christmas present from INS to my family !! Consular Processing Rocks !!!! The cards were mailed from Kentucky. The address on the paper was California though.
