Can I file renewal of 10 year GC via postal mail

I have prepared money order and application I-90 for my expiring 10 year GC. I have filled out the form I-90 and attached copy of my expired GC and money order. The only address that I see in the filing instructions is for Phoenix AZ ( http://www.uscis.gov/i-90 ) and no address for USCIS applicable to Masschusetts residents. I'm planning to send it via USPS. Is Phoenix AZ the only office that processes GC renewal applications?

I'm not planning to e-File as I will have to send the documents via postal mail anyways. I will appreciate your help.

Please advice.

All standard I-90 submittals by mail must be sent to:
