CSC - Recd. plastic for wife, daughter. Mine a problem. Help

Date of Receipt of Plastic Card - 10/23 & 10/29

I have not recieved mine.

A call to CSC on 11/07 - Officer told me that there was a problem and he would investigate and send reply by mail in 2-3 weeks.

I waited for 4 weeks and called again. Support person said that I was not authorised to seek information. Only legitimate callers are the attorney or the company. (Already changed the company and the lawyer has not been paid by the company) I pressed hard to get information, quoting previous officer's name. I was told that info would be given to the previous officer about call.

I am wondering how to approach the problem and CSC to get the issue resolved. Thinking of calling again and asking information again.

Any suggestions?

Other people have had this problem before. The most common cause is a smudged fingerprint. Since fingerprint is taken with ink and paper at the POE they can be smudged, and therefore unusable, so they can't put it on your card.

Go to local office and file I-90. You shouldn't have to pay fee since you diddn't mess it up.
