I got a 10 yr Multiple entry visa to US last year and did go there for some time
Now i am back and recently got married toa GC holder, I liked the guy very much and didnt want to reject just because he a GC and if we file a petition it would take 5 years for me to join
Now though we have some alternate palns can anuone tell that
1 Can i use my b1/ b2 and go and meet him asa non imiggrant and not file a GC petition
2. or if we file a GC pettion for me will they alllow me entry at the port of entry ona b1 as its a non imigrant visa
please suggest me what should i do
