CPer's Please help- Address change after filing packet3

Hi,
I sent my Packet3 to Chennai consulate and expecting the interview by Jan 2002. In the meantime my US home address (current address mentioned in OF169 and OF 230 Part1) has changed. Should I need to report this to the Consular post before going to the interview or can I do it during the interview. Will the change of address, postpone my interview date?

Note: I have asked the consulate to send the Packet4 to my local address in India.

I couldn't get any help from the "Consular Processing" forum and hope someone from this forum can help me.

Bring them amended OF230 Part I to the interview along with OF230 part II all with your new address. Tell them you changed address at the consulate.
When you get the closed packet with the Immigrant Visa document on the outside, make sure the address there is your new address. This is where plastic card will be sent. You can either tell the officer at POE or the consulate if they used your old address mistakenly (this is unlikely since your OF230 Part II will be correct).

Also, make copy of the IV document (DO NOT open the packet).
Make sure your name is spelled correctly and other info is correct, otherwise tell consulate.
Make note of IV number. This is your A# number.
On POE make sure stamp has clear date of entry and right A# for each immigrant.
